Had a reflexology session with Mira at Rich Therapies today and it was exceptionally good. The atmosphere at the rather unusual premises of Rich Therapies is one of peace and calm - a perfect place to relax and escape the busy world outside. Mira is an excellent practitioner, knowledgeable, confident and kind and I left the reflexology session with a renewed sense of health and well being.
