Very knowledgable! Sylvan diagnosed and treated most effectively. I arrived for my appointment limping, unable to move freely due to pain around the knee area which has been troubling me for sometime. I left pain free, with full movement reinstated. I can’t recommend Sylvan enough.

Sylvan came will recommended..and I can see why, Friendly, caring, and very experienced. My knee was gently and skilfully improved in terms of mobility, strength and firmness. Only mild discomfort felt towards the end..otherwise no pain. Beautiful venue. My walking has improved as I continue with exercises shown by Sylvan. Thank you ! I would highly recommend.
