I came a few weeks ago with really bad runners knee…. After one session Sylvan sorted them out and the very next day I was out running … he is like Mr Myagi from the Karate Kid… magic hands that got me running again.

Miracle is the best masseuse I have ever had. I don't know what magic she does but I always feel very relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. She makes the rooms really nice and welcoming too. And is thorough and caring - making sure I'm warm enough.
