Mira was fabulous. She took all the care to diagnose me with something which I have been oblivious all my lifetime. She gave a plan how to incorporate changes in my routine. Have so many tips and reality check as to what to do. Gave crystal clear explanations as to why and how. Am very very happy I found her and am 100% coming back !

I visited Rich Therapies because it was recommended that I have a sports massage on the tissue around my pelvis which was occasionally sore.
I had severely fractured my pelvis and shoulder after an accident nine months ago and am still recovering.
After a consultation with Mira she got to work on the areas in question and areas connecting to it. Mira is very knowledgeable and gave me confidence that this treatment was going to help. I have more flexibility now and will return.
