I visited Rich Therapies because it was recommended that I have a sports massage on the tissue around my pelvis which was occasionally sore.
I had severely fractured my pelvis and shoulder after an accident nine months ago and am still recovering.
After a consultation with Mira she got to work on the areas in question and areas connecting to it. Mira is very knowledgeable and gave me confidence that this treatment was going to help. I have more flexibility now and will return.

If you are suffering from any musculoskeletal problems Sylvan is the person to go to for treatment and advise. He is extremely skilled and knowledgeable. You feel your in safe hands . After a month of struggling with lower back pain and muscle tightness just one session left me feeling much better & relieved to find it was a muscular issue rather than a disc problem.
