I was 10 minutes late for my appointment as the business has recently changed locations. I was quite stressed about this and phoned ahead to let the team know. They were very friendly and understanding when I arrived and did not take any time off my booked treatment.
My therapist Mira was very knowledgeable, considerate and friendly. I really enjoyed my aroma therapy massage and found it very relaxing.
I would recommend booking an appointment with her.

If you are looking for a deep massage with a holistic approach I would highly recommend Mira. She listens to your needs and applies her knowledge and experience to really tackle those knots and tight muscles. I feel really looked after whilst I'm in a session, with attention to detail, such as warm towels placed on the body whilst other parts are being massaged and treated. Mira is very friendly and in my opinion goes above and beyond a standard sports massage . Thanks Mira!
