I am writing this review so another customer does not go through what I did. On the surface Veronica seems like lovely girl but I felt tricked because before paying deposit, I sent so many emails asking if she has the lashes I want. I even mentioned in my email sent 16/2/2019 that in past places say they have the lashes but then when I go for appointment I realise they have lied and it is very disappointing and upsetting for me so if she can please clarify what lashes she has exactly so I can be sure. She replied with yes she has them which evidently was a lie as I attended appointment and she didn't have them. She offered me refund for deposit but because I had travelled 2 hours on my day off and wouldn't get chance to go another place for a week I just had to have the lashes she showed me. After coming home and seeing properly I realised I made mistake to have and should have taken deposit money and left. I feel Veronica just wanted to get me to appointment and then she knew that I will have no choice. If she replies and denies this I can show proof of emails I sent her before I attended appointment and the replies I got that were completely false.
