Kate is the only stylist worth visiting. Booked a wash and blow dry as I had some important things happening the following day, and it took 2 people to attempt a curly blow dry and neither managed. Didn't even seem to know what it was. They were even trying to just curl it at one point!
Almost cried the experience was so awful and painful and just had to tie my hair up in the end to hide it. No volume whatsoever just awful and flat, but by that point I just wanted to get out. Then they smothered my hair with oil and only asked me if I wanted it after one of them started putting it on!!! My hair is soft and prone to grease quickly so oil is always a no no!
And then due to the general ill treatment the ends of my hair are now all coarse and brittle which has never happened before. And the older one had the audacity to tell me I needed to book a haircut as I had split ends!!! Must be a culture thing as never had that experience with a british stylist.
I used to be a regular at Rich Hair, even had my balyage done by Kate, but have started going less and less as the new recruits are just poor. Unless you have Kate herself don't bother!!! I'd say at least it was only £20 but even that was too much for this service!

Amazing service at Rich hair, staff are lovely and friendly. Would visit them again and recommend to others.
Messaging chair and hairwash was a great experience but the hairdresser seemed inexperienced, although really nice
