The procedure stated on the chemical straightening was not done. It was Keratin straightening. I was told Treatwell does the description. I was told and explained that I would be getting keratin treatment. My hair still has waves on the roots, so itās not 100% straight. I am not too happy with that. But my hair is not damaged and has no split ends. I would prefer if it would be straighter.
Good quality straight blow dry. Staff listened to what I wanted.
Was very disappointed to see however that the cost at the venue was half the price on Treatwell, which I had already seen online. Making my visit Ā£15 more expensive!

Firstly I didnāt receive an email confirmation when booking through Treatwell. Lashes look beautiful when theyāre done but they just donāt last and began falling out the same day. One week later they had completely fallen off, infill is advertised as from Ā£20 but ended up being charged Ā£45. All for lashes that donāt last iām used to my lashes lasting at two weeks minimum !! not the case at rich hair.
