I went away feeling like my service was rushed and not what I paid for. My hair was still wet when I left. I was told I needed several treatments on my hair but not in a constructive way but in a demeaning way. Not a great experience and truly I think I deserve a refund.

The hairstylist was good, cut the hair as requested and the staff were friendly. I was told when I came in I booked a wash, cut and dry but then later told that the dry was extra and had to pay £20 on top of what I paid on treatwell, which surprised me. So just be aware of what you booked beforehand and of any extra payments required before agreeing to the staff about your booking.
