The staff were pleasant and friendly. However, I booked a 35 min appointment for a blow dry, costing £20. They were running late, they gave my hair a treatment which I didn't ask for, and it look the lady a good 45 mins to dry my hair so she did try hard but altogether I ended up coming out 45 mins later than I expected. Then the real blow - it cost £32 - more than 50% more than I had agreed to. I didn't complain but I wont be returning!

Am happy with my cut but not the best experience of a salon I've ever had...
Had to wait about 20 minutes for my haircut to begin as they were finishing with the previous customer; as I had the last appointment of the day by the time I was finished I was the only one left with the hairdresser which felt a bit odd (although I do not blame the staff for leaving at 5pm!!) Although the cut is good I was disappointed with my 'blow dry' which was just a diffuser in my hair so that when I left it looked totally wild and went straight up in a bun... I would have preferred a choice and a smooth blowdry - again, I felt a bit bad because of the time (5.15pm) but not sure that was my fault. I would recommend this salon with the Wahanda discount - I think it is a bit pricy without.
