Mona is always so lovely and friendly. She cut my hair beautifully but the keratin wasn't left on my hair which is usually done when I get this treatment in other salons so my hair was still a bit curly after washing. The manager told me there was an extra £20 charge for having long hair during the treatment even though it's not stated anywhere on the website so beware of this! Overall, nice salon and staff.

I have visited Rica's hair salon in Dollis Hill an number of times over the past couple of years and have always been happy with the service I have received. Last weekend, I had a wash, cut and blow dry. My hair was cut by Mona, who was great. She gave me a wonderful hair cut after discussing my requirements. She was a pleasure to talk to and was very polite.
I would definitely recommend Rica's Hair and Beauty.
