Even though I Booked a waxing with Rika, she left and her assistant did the treatment. The girl was really trying, but it wasn't up to a good standard. I literally had to tell her how to do the waxing, to follow the hair growth to avoid its breakage, resulting in a useless waxing. It wasn't my first waxing at Rika's and all the times were very disappointing. When is not Rika doing them, treatments are not worth it.
