Great value for money and Rica is lovely. I actually completely messed up my appointment by getting my days confused, but Rica very kindly did my hair anyway, even though I came on the wrong day! I am happy with my haircut, she did exactly as I asked and was pretty quick too. My hair is now in very good condition even looks voluminous and shiny a day later without any professional styling (because I don't have those skills). Its not a fancy place but it is good value for money and an overall, pleasant experience.

Its not a fancy place, but the staff and the owner are really lovely. I have been waxed by both of them now and they both know what they are doing. For the past year I have been really unlucky with absolutely awful waxing experiences (I've been burned, I've peeled, etc) and have been to different areas in London to try and find a decent place. I am happy that I have now found it. I will definitely be going back there. Its a simple place that could do with a makeover, but the treatment was high quality and delivered by staff that care.
