Rica is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Really has a good understanding of how to do Brazilian Blow Drys! Really happy with the result!

I went there for highlights. The staff was nice, but such a disappointment about my hair colouring! My hair were down when I left the hairdresser, and the day after when I wanted to do a ponytail I've seen that my roots looked like if I've done my highlights at least a month and a half ago! I went to another hairdresser to fix it because it didn't look nice at all, and she showed me that in the back of my head, the colour bleached and so that I had like layers of blond!!!
Plus, Rica made me pay £20 extra because she took more time than what she thought......
it didn't worth my money at all. Wont go back there.
