The hair wash ( very relaxing) & cut was brilliant, exactly what I needed. The heat was very hot when Rica was blow-drying. Felt a hot sensation on the sides of my head and ears. The heat of the hair dryer needs to either the angled differently or one that does not cause the scalp to feel like it's burnt my skin. My scalp feels slightly itchy and dry.
