Booked in here because it had very good reviews, mistake! My appointment was meant to be two hours and I was there 3 and a half for just a highlights. The guy who did my hair was really slow (it took him hour and 15 mins just to do my lower head) and he did not stop pulling my hair even when washing it! He had all my hair over his hands and he was still pulling it. He did not speak English and the staff were speaking in their language in front of costumers which is so rude. He burned me with the blow dryer, he got the brush stuck on my hair when he was drying it. I ended up with a horrible headache after 3 hours and a half of pulling my hair. Plus the lady did not stop trying to sell me some more treatments even when I said 'no' few times. My hair was lighter than what I asked for, they do not listen to you. Very surprised they had all this good rating. Not booking any more...

I dont think i’d go anywhere else for a wax unless i absolutely have no choice! The staff are amazing, the waxing itself was not too painful at all. The staff are full of knowledge and constantly ask if you are ok and comfortable. Absolute great value for money too!

Hollywood was, Rita made it as pain free as she could. Very thorough and gave good education around ingrown hairs. I’ve had many Hollywood’s in my time, there’s always a new position they put you in the get the hair off. Hot wax to start and strips for the remainder with Rita which was great.

I had a wash, cut, and blow-dry with Rica. It was amazing value and I came out with my best haircut in years. She was extremely attentive and kept checking in during the cut to make sure I was okay with the length she was taking off and explaining how she was cutting the layers. It had been several months since my last cut, so my hair was very dry and fringe was growing out in an unflattering fashion. She turned it into a side fringe so that it grows out naturally and now my hair looks healthy and flowing. At my request, she curled it lightly after the blow dry and it was absolutely gorgeous. I also appreciated that she didn’t force conversation, as I don’t like small talk when I’m at a salon. A wonderful experience and I will definitely be back!
