It was ok, I was pleased with treatment results and we had a nice chat. The only thing is that Rica was clearly irritated when I refused to buy additional products and went out for a cigarette without waiting for me to leave.

I came for blow dry. Requested to have curly hair. Rica blow dried my hair straight. And decided to curl it with tongs. Which i couldve easily done at home myself. I asked to blow dry it curly, she said my blonde hair wont keep the curls. So how does the tong curls last?
She shouldve informed me from the beginning. As I was the last client, it felt rushed.
