I actually had Jay (I think that was his name) and he was so lovely. He listened to what I wanted and ensured that I was happy with what he was doing throughout the appointment. Rica was also really welcoming, offering me a drink and ensuring that I was comfortable. Place was very clean and covid safety measures were adhered to. Definitely recommend!
