I have been a good customer of Rica's for many years. I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable after being told to pay an extra £10 midway through my blowdry even though my hair has always remained the same length. For this reason I would not return! You should be made aware of a charge upfront or an extra long hair option added on treatwell.
