At first, I was put off by the location and the look of the salon; but the girls were so friendly and welcoming and on the inside it was clean and tidy , that I managed to relax completely. I absolutely love my colour and haircut. Attention and service I received was fantastic value for money. I'm going to buy few of these vouchers for my friends, I think it would make a great Christmas present.

I most certainly would recommend a pedicure at Rica's due to the fact that they are attentive to your needs and extremely polite. The ambience is fine. Most assuredly a new business venture and they encourage you to make your point of view of satisfaction or criticism. I would happily recommend it to anyone. It is a five minute walk from Dollis Hill Station on the Jubilee Line.

no exfoliation was done. no scrubbing was done. no base coat or top coat was used for the nail painting.

Great value for money, lovely atmosphere I would recommend to friends and family. Keep up the good work A+ Staff were polite and friendly
the price for the pedicure is really competitive but it reflects the service offered.
they do not use quality nail polishes like OPI or Essie and the pedicure itself is ok, but nothing special and the shape could have been done better.
