I love my keratin. My hair looks lovely. Please don't think because it's cheap its not 'good' it's actually amazing.

Went for a haircut with wash. Started on time. Started washing my hair at a very high temperature but adjusted it as soon as I flinched! I felt at ease and they listened to my request. She also gave advice about what would look good and I appreciated this. Haircut didn't take long and the blow dry was also good, overall outcome was great and I'm impressed with the outcome. Thank you!

Quite frustrating to communicate with my stylist because of her inability to speak English properly. However, consider I am not a native speaker either and I went through all that difficulties, I don't want to be harsh - after all, the haircut was more or less what I wanted, as she was attentive and did her best to understand my needs. It was a good price too.
