Worst salon experience ever!! Having paid for a full body wax I ended up doing my upper lip and chin myself using there equipment!! Not worth the saving in cost at all. Staff were nice but completely unprofessional. They took hair appointments while I was being seen to and then the lady who was waxing me swapped with the hairdresser who had no idea what she was doing. She waxed and rewaxed my upper lip about 4times, I could feel nothing was coming out each time because she was too fast and the wax not warm enough. She was so fast with my arms she kept on going over parts. Having already paid online they clearly didn't care and the hairdresser rushed to cutting these customers hair whose appointments they had taken while I was being seen to. I was so annoyed I just left. But when I got in the car and looked in the mirror as I had felt the upper lip wax and chin didn't work and went straight back inside. They first told me to use tweezer but these were all fine hairs in patches. And when I told them this they wanted me to sit and wait for these three kids haircuts To be done. The appointments they took while I was being seen to. I was furious and asked for a tweezer to do it myself. They didn't care and carried on cutting. I went into the treatment room and politely picked up the spatula and waxed myself with just one sweep to the patchy area and a strip and it came off the same way it would at home using the veet strips. There was no ambience but bbclondon radio playing and the hairdresser who ended up waxing me couldn't speak a word of English. There was wax on the wall with a hair it and place could have done with a clean. I really thought wahanda only used professional salons but this was most certainly far from it. I would suggest viewing a place before booking anything!!

Rica always does a great job, she is friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this salon for waxing treatments.
Owner very nice and friendly, unfortunately the others did not speak English though very lovely.
So far, the blow dry and hair cut are very good.
There should be some way to reduce the amount of noxious gases/increase ventilation from the keratin blow dry in the room.

I was really impressed with Ricas. The place was clean and the waxing was quick but thorough. The price for a hollywood wax was exceptional and I will definitely be back.
