Worst experience. Shortly after Step One was applied, I experienced severe burning and irritation, particularly on my left eyelid. I expressed my discomfort at the time, yet the treatment was not stopped. Instead, the salon manager informed me that the process had already begun and would be wasted if discontinued. I found this response highly inappropriate, also she continued to speak to the consultant in a foreign language when I complained of burning.
