Ria Beauty is one of those places which is always busy, and on the whole, rightly so. However this was the first time I had a hollywood wax at Ria and disappointedly, after better inspection at home I found unwaxed hairs left, to which I had to remove myself. Other than this, the service was quick and the guy behind reception was really helpful once he had realised my treatwell booking was not recorded in his book. He ensured I was seen to straight away and it was swift. So thank you for that. Not sure I will be going back for a Hollywood wax again though.

The management treats the staff well. Ample selection of colours and always very good job in listening to the type of manicure you want (shape, cuticle treatment, etc).
