I showed up a bit early for my treatment, but I was ushered into the room pretty quickly. I did have to stand around for a little bit while the ladies cleaned up the room, but it didn't really bother me. The woman who did my wax handed me disposable undies to put on and actually stayed in the room while I got changed - she said it was to save time. I didn't particularly mind, and I also think if I had asked her to step out, she would have. Just as she started, I noticed she was doing a strip wax when I had booked and paid for the wax that hardens and they pull the wax itself off without strips. I questioned her and she stopped; I knew the wax I had paid for was more expensive so I asked if she could do a bit of upper thigh for me and use that to cover the difference if she wanted to continue with the strip wax. She left the room to confirm with her boss who said that I could pay one more pound for that, which I said was fine. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes, which is quicker than any other wax I've had before, and the woman was professional and did a good job. I would go back!
One odd thing - I asked her for her name so that I could recommend her and she said they don't give out their names at that place... never heard of that before.
