Booked an extended bikini. Waxer insisted it was a Brazilian. It wasn’t. Was in a rush, so had to pay an extra £10 even though I was in there for only about 15 mins. Wax itself was fine, but value and service from the waxer was awful. Left feeling ripped off. Won’t go back.
