Salon felt a bit chaotic and unorganised. Just had shellac removal and the worker didn't clean the dust off my hands or nails before putting on clear polish. Then said to leave before my nails were dry so now they are a bit of a mess. My appointment was at 11 but the salon opens at 11 so no one started until 11:20 as the workers were arriving right at 11.
