The cleanliness has to be improved together with the customer service. The service was okay, but the therapist did not consider the discomfort experienced during the treatment and was not sensitive about it. After all, the service was provided, and the lashes were applied fine.

The manicure and pedicure were okay but the place is buzzing with people coming and going at all times which doesn't making it very relaxing.
In addition, staff management seems chaotic - I had to wait 20 mins despite being on time because no one was free.
