Threading perfect as usual but was seen over 15+ mins late to my appointment time, which apparently it says when booking my time isn’t actually committed due to walk ins, which shouldn’t be the case. I book a time to be seen at that time, as I could have been late back to work. This is the first time this has happened in all my time coming here though…

Technician filed my nail so badly that it lost all structural integrity and broke from the midpoint!!! This has never happened to me before. If you don’t know how to properly file to almond shape, then don’t do it

I went for a gel manicure on Wednesday last week. I had two acrylic nails that needed removal and technician said she would remove it. I also asked to remove length & reshape to almond shape. Technician started filing from midpoint, meaning my nails lost its structural integrit

Don’t go here. They did my eyebrows too thin after I showed a reference photo. And they messed up the customers next to me too. Be careful
