There was still hair left on my body i had to call the therapist back to redo the area.

Arrived 10 mins early to 5pm app but wasnt seen until 5.15pm. Booked 1hr but it was only 45 mins long. When I queried this afterwards, was told that is buffer time. This wasnt made clear at any point and feels unfair as this facial cost £144! Therapist was friendly but rushed the facial so it wasnt relaxing. I had to keep asking questions as she didnt explain the technical procedure despite knowing I hadnt had it before. Turns out they closed at 6pm which explains the rush! Really disappointed.
