I've always loved going to Rhona! You can tell she really cares about her work and her clients and it shines through in the way she will always make sure you're happy, talks you through the process so you're clear what she's doing and why, gives you different ideas if you're not sure, and makes you feel completely at ease. I've never left unhappy with how she's done my hair (usually a balayage girly but she's done a range of highlights/bleached etc on me) and have recommended her to colleagues.
