I booked for a full head of highlight with cut. Rhona done an amazing job, she listened and asked questions before deciding what to do and every step of the way she explained what she was doing next. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed and Rhona is such a lovely person. I couldn't have been happier with the end result it was exactly what I wanted.
