I had a therapeutic massage from Rhiannon to help relieve some tension in the back, shoulders and neck area. It was my first ever massage so I was a little nervous but Rhiannon really put me at ease and made me feel totally comfortable. She really knows her stuff and I came out feeling lighter and more relaxed. I slept for 10 hours that night!! My norm is 6 and a half hours, so the massage was definitely a success. I am now looking forward to regular visits.
