Really pleased with my appointment. The treatment was what I needed and helped me understand and appreciate the need for more personal care and consideration for my well being. It made me realise that a more regular treatment will help me cope with my physical work. Rhiannon explained what was going on physically with various muscle groups and was very attentive to areas I had raised as a physical concern. She was very professional and experienced in her delivery of treatment.
