I really enjoyed my sports massage with Rhiannon at Elia. The salon was warm and cosy which was nice given how miserable it was outside! Rhiannon spent a few minutes chatting through what areas I wanted worked on and why so we could get the most value out the session then we got started. It wasn't quite as painful as some previous massages i've had but I could really feel the knots being worked out my muscles! After, Rhiannon went through what areas were tight and gave me some stretches to help with this. Overall the sports massage was excellent value with the off-peak rates and I would be happy to recommend Rhiannon and the service.

Fantastic salon, amazing therapist. The knots in my back were expertly dealt with one after the other. More than just a massage, it was a perfectly tailored treatment for my back personally, rather than just a standard regime used on everyone. Highly recommended.
