The staff is very friendly and they have a great selection of colours. Tho the place used for manicures is a bit too dark, the visibility isn't great. Therefore in my opinion the outcome didn't look as nice as it would've in natural light.

I was welcomed and led to a treatment room. There was no manicure table but just a couple of towels lied on the massage bed. The therapist did not wear gloves or used disposable/sanitised tools. I was cut 3 times during cuticles removal. Then the therapist spilled nail polish remover on the wounds which was very painful. Overall quality extremely poor. Cleanliness below any acceptable level.

The treatment itself is not really enjoyable but Shaun is really nice and explained me everything I need to know about electrolysis as it was my first time. I will definitely come back and do my 1-hour sessions with her to remove my underarms hairs. It will be long (and a little painful) thus with her, I am confident and feeling in good and professional hands.

Staff not friendly.
Poor technique. Rough manners. Doesn't let you relax at all. Does not follow the description offered in their website and neither the time.
Definetely, not worth the price. will not repeat again.
