Very rough massage, not sure they had much experience / qualifications. Facial was nice but no conversation as to what was going on face or what was happening which is a bit uncomfortable in a dark room, plus I got jabbed I’m the eye with a thumb which wasn’t ideal. Still nice to be pampered but not the best experience unfortunately

All the Experience was good I feel so relaxed my therapist was lovely . But I was not welcomed in a professional way by the girl who was sitting at reception . I felt she behaved rudely name was (zakia) probably.thanks god I was booked with her.will definitely go back .

Overall good value for money, treatment finished 10 minutes early and no extraction with the facial which was disappointing
