I booked 60 min facial with 30min massage.it was my second visit to this place.first of there was no hole in the bed it was difficult to breath.facial finished in 45 min instead 60min. When I told the therapist to use m.v thermofoliant for my skin when she do exfoliation. She ignored me and used daily microfoliant instead.when I requested her again to use mv thermofoliant she made a face on me . Later on she used it unwillingly.any way in next step when I requested her to remove milia on my eye if she can? Again she said it’s a different way to remove in different treatment .although I had many facials from different salons and spas.in short I realised therapist has less knowledge and no confidence .even she did not know how to remove products properly from face. It was going into my eyes and nose. My last time treatment therapist was good which I think does not work there any more. I was very looking forward to enjoy this treatment . But I was very disappointed with treatment.its a nice salon but they need to give training to staff. And especially complete the time what client book for. Not worth for money.
