I sent an email to Radiance the afternoon after my Luxury Pedicure to raise my concerns but unfortunately never heard back. So have decided to leave a review instead. I’m pregnant and thought I’d treat myself to a Deluxe Pedicure and Polish for £52. Rude receptionist on entry. Therapist cut my cuticle which then proceeded to bleed to whole session & blamed me. Cold water in the bath. Nervous & clumsy therapist who kept knocking items. Scalding hot water added which burnt my skin. Not worth £52!
