I arrived one minute late and was met with a sour face and looking at watch. I felt rushed and unwelcome and there was a definite “atmosphere” in the room. She referred to time pressure several times and asked me to arrive five minutes early next time. Not what I would expect from a massage treatment, or any other service, particularly as a first time customer. I will not be going back
