Beautiful Spa that has stunning views, I would highly recommend going here for a quiet spa day. It’s a true escape from the busy city life, our afternoon tea was nice, and the staff who provided my massage was very friendly and professional.

Lovely spa facilities and gardens . Spoilt by lack of organisation. I phoned before my spa day to book a treatment. I was told it was booked for 12 noon . On arrival it had not been booked and they were unable to fit another treatment in throughout the day . My included spa day treatment was booked for 5.45 and my daughters was even later 6.30 . Who wants their pampering just as you leave ? After the refreshments facilities are all closed . Pool area dangerous- not maintained during the day .

Had a fabulous time lovely staff nice environment only downside was one toilet in changing area and it was quite dirty. Other than that we had a great time here. Thank you to all the staff that made us feel welcome and ensured we had a lovely time. We will be back!

My sister and I took our mum here for her birthday. We had an amazingggg time. We were greeted by friendly staff, given our spa bags and given a tour around the retreat. We booked two 25 min treatments for my mum - and she loved both of them. We then had afternoon tea which was delicious - once again super friendly bar staff. Excellent customer service. Will definitely return. One thing they could improve on - providing cups at the water fountain as it goes everywhere even you try to drink it, wetting the floor. On the plus side it was super cold which was very refreshing after being in the sauna/steam room.

Lovely spa day once again at reynolds retreat. The spa itself has great facilities, is lovely and relaxing, and the treatments are very good. The showers are awful however; very low water pressure and the water only stays on for 10 seconds at a time (you have to keep pressing a button like in public swimming centre showers). The reception always seems a little disorganised (there is rarely someone there to greet you). Small points but when you’re paying to visit a private spa you expect these things to be a non-issue.
