Beautician was very friendly yet professional. I wish I was accompanied by the entry hostess because I was told to just go down the stairs. Since I'd arrived early, my beautician wasn't ready and I was rushing her a bit. Although she adapted very quickly. Also, cabin was quite small. Otherwise, waxing went well. I am satisfied with the results.

The best wax I've ever had - I would 100% go back, can't believe how much more comfortable this wax was compared to normal (and I'm pregnant so generally more sensitive).
