The wax itself was fine, I thought it was a bit overpriced for the environment though. The treatment room was in the basement, it was tiny and very hot. It could do with being re-decorated!

I was skeptical when I walked in as it's down some stairs by the tanning shop, but the treatment was actually really great. Hands down the least painful wax I've ever had and the lady was lovely and made me feel so relaxed.
