The staff are always lovely here and yes it’s true what they say that the wax is a lot less painful than other places I have visited - however this is the second time I’ve gone and have left with hairs dotted around. Quite annoying paying £40 for a Hollywood and then noticing the next day lots of hairs that have been missed. Even if they are fine they should have been removed

Very clean wax, super friendly staff. The wax quality is incredible it’s really less irritating than commercial wax. Super smooth and they take the time to use tweezers to actually remove every last hair.
