The therapist is absolutely lovely, she was friendly, chatty and made me really feel at ease. The wax was a bit too hot, which she was quick to correct. My wax could have been more thorough, but overall I’m pretty happy.

Was brilliant! The room is tiny and there’s no waiting space but my wax lady was impeccable!!! She got all the hairs out and it was hot wax not strips so my pits were left feeling amazing!
