I am really unhappy with this treatment. It was my first waxing at revowax, the therapist explained that they were using a special « non sticky » wax. As a result the wax was obviously not even sticking to my hair. I came out with almost as much hair as when I came in, however the wax was really burning so the treatment was as unpleasant as useless. I just feel like I lost my time and money and went through a lot of pain for nothing. When I told the therapist that my bikini didn’t look clean at all she replied that she couldn’t do anything because my hair was « under the skin or too short ». I have been doing waxing for years and they really dont look too short to me..... I am going on vacation next week and will probably have to book another waxing somewhere else before being able to wear my bikini. I won’t come back to revowax

The session took over an hour and 30min. I'm not sure why but the hair wasn't coming off which meant she kept having to go over again and again. I am hairy but I have never experienced this much difficulty in removing my hair. I'm not sure if it was the kind of wax or the aesthetician
