been here lots before and always a great job but new staff member really didn't do such a great job, she was lovely but it took 5 times longer, was so painful and most hairs just ripped not removed out. wish you could choose who you book with now so I can avoid that same experience as it's a great place normally. hopefully she's got better at it as she was really nice
