Friendly staff as always, and I have returned to Revo again and again for their gentle wax treatment. However this time I had a staff member (still friendly) who I haven't seen before, who didn't adjust the wax when I said it was too hot, and the temperature of the wax was far more painful than the actual hair removal. Also later in the day I realised quite a few patches of hair had been missed on my legs. This was unusual as Revo are usually the best place for waxing, which I use regularly. I would still recommend though as I think this was a one off.
