Upon completing the review there was a section that states to 'Rate your therapist' with multiple choice questions but I couldn't select all the options, I could only select one when I wanted to select them all! Daniella is welcoming, chatty, experienced, super efficient, very knowledgeable and always makes me feel very comfortable! Would highly recommend!

Very friendly staff as always, and very attentive waxing. The waxist made sure to check in at all times regarding the temperature of the wax.

This was my first ever wax, and it was no way near as painful as I was expecting. I don’t know if it was because it was my first time, but there was quite a lot of hair left after and it all felt a little rushed, but otherwise great.
